Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store.  We know that our customers are the most important part of our business, which is the only way we can stay in business. 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days depending upon the volume of orders we have at the time.  Please allow a few additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay, we will immediately contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

And again, we thank you for visiting and shopping at our store.

We do not cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end.  This is the responsibility of the customer in their region.

None of us come to work thinking how much fun it would be to ship somebody the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, wrong design - but occasionally it happens.  If this happens to you, please call or email us within the first 14 days as soon as you receive your product so we can take care of it for you immediately.  That way, you become a happy camper and will return to buy billions and trillions of dollars more product so we can open up more children’s shelters throughout the country, and you will also tell your friends how totally freakin’ awesome we are and they will become customers to.

Oh, do the same thing if your package comes smashed from your carrier.  None of us will smash your package when it leaves our warehouse, but occasionally packages get tossed around in trucks on their way to your house.  So again, give us a call, we will deal with it for you to make it right so you don’t have to deal with the carrier, then we will deal with your carrier and call them big meanies and stomp our feet on the ground.  How does that sound?
