At But Did You Laugh, we want every order to be a home run. But hey, we get it—sometimes things don't go as planned. Maybe we didn't have that 7th cup of coffee the day we processed your order and shipped you the wrong size, color or design than the one you ordered.  Maybe the package was damaged in the delivery truck or had a fight between those two ninja squirrels by your front door.  No sweat!  We're here to make it right.

Our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want to give you 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know if something's not working for you. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll work with you to find a solution—whether that's an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Here's How It Works:

1.       Contact Us First – Shoot us a message with your order number and let us know what's up. No need to walk all the way to the principal's office—we can handle it right here.

2.       Return Your Item – We'll provide you with return instructions. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (basically, treat them like you're returning a library book).  Please, no pizza, spaghetti, beer or coffee stains, please.

3.       We'll Take Care of You – Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.

A Few Important Notes:

·        Custom or Personalized Items – Since these are made especially for you with your name on the item, all sales are final (unless we messed up—then we'll absolutely make it right!).

·        Sale Items – All sales are final, but if there's a defect or error on our end, we've got you covered.

·        Return Shipping – You'll cover the cost of return shipping unless the mistake was ours (wrong item, defect, etc.).

Something Wrong? We'll Fix It!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped you the wrong size or design or color shirt that you ordered, contact us immediately. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice. We stand behind our products 100%.
